Privacy Policy

Jera is a coaching web app operated by Flypem Digital Ventures LLC ("Flypem Digital," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through jeracoach.app and the Jera app (app.jeracoach.app), and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide: name and email address
• Program information: your segment (married father / single father / preparing to lead), where you feel the most strain (body, mind, or soul), your time zone, and the messages you write in the Jera chat
• Notification information: if you allow notifications, a technical address your browser creates so we can send notifications to that device
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card details
• Standard technical information from visiting jeracoach.app (e.g., browser type, pages viewed)

How we use it

• To deliver the Jera coaching program to you in the app, including daily prompts, notifications, and replies personalized to your segment and history
• To process payment for the program
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the program over time

Automated replies and notifications

• Replies in the Jera chat are generated automatically by an AI system (Anthropic's Claude), using your message, your recent conversation, and your program information.
• Messages that appear to mention self-harm or being in danger receive a fixed safety response with crisis resources and are flagged for a real person to review.
• You'll receive up to 4 prompts per day. Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time in your device or browser settings.

Who we share it with

• We do not sell your information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We share information only with the service providers needed to run Jera: Supabase (secure data storage and sign-in), Anthropic (automated coaching replies), Netlify (website hosting), Formspree (waitlist sign-ups), Stripe (payment processing), and your browser's push notification service (for example Apple, Google, or Mozilla) to deliver notifications.

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for legal and operational purposes. Data is stored with industry-standard security controls (row-level access restrictions on our database, encrypted connections).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting contact@jeracoach.app.

Children's privacy

Jera is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
