1. The service

Jera is a coaching program delivered through the Jera web app (app.jeracoach.app), operated by Flypem Digital Ventures LLC. You sign in with your email address — no password and no app-store download required.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, a resident of the United States, and have a device with a current web browser to use Jera.

3. Daily prompts, notifications, and automated replies

By signing up, you will receive daily coaching prompts inside the Jera app — up to 4 per day — plus occasional program updates. If you allow notifications, you will get a notification when a new prompt arrives; you can turn notifications off at any time in your device or browser settings. Replies to your messages in the Jera chat are generated automatically by an AI system and may not always be accurate or complete. For support, contact contact@jeracoach.app.

4. Payment and cancellation

Jera's coaching content addresses physical, mental, and personal-leadership topics for general motivational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. 6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Jera for its intended purpose and not to misuse, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flypem Digital Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jera.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Jera after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Flypem Digital Ventures LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
